Useful AI begins with clear authority.

Galaxy AI is a controlled operations environment that connects approved tools, local knowledge, installed capabilities, and human review in one observable workspace.

01 / Operating model

Context, capability, and control stay connected.

01

Declared capabilities

Tools and installed capabilities are made visible to the workspace instead of being implied by a prompt.

02

Scoped context

Local knowledge and customer context stay bounded to the session, product, and permissions that own them.

03

Review before action

Proposed changes remain inspectable and require the approval appropriate to the operation.

04

Observable operation

Runtime status, metering, sources, and execution evidence help people understand what happened and why.

02 / Where it fits

For technical work that needs more than a chat window.

Galaxy AI is intended for operators and small organizations that need AI to work against real tools and domain knowledge while preserving explicit boundaries, approvals, metering, and recovery paths.

Availability depends on the installed runtime, licensed capabilities, and configured services. A conversation with MPS is the right starting point for evaluating fit.

03 / Important distinction

Ask MPS is not the Galaxy AI Assistant.

Ask MPS is the public site’s support and pre-sales assistant. It cannot enter a Galaxy workspace, access a customer account, use installed tools, change data, or operate a machine. The Galaxy AI Assistant works only inside an authorized Galaxy session.
