Public site policy MPS ElectroLab

Privacy

How the MPS ElectroLab public site handles contact submissions, Ask MPS sessions, necessary storage, and measurement.

Effective September 6, 2026

Information you choose to send

The public contact form collects the email address, subject, and message you enter. Submitting the form creates a support or project-inquiry record so MPS can respond. An acknowledgment may be sent to the address you provide.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, private financial records, machine credentials, export-controlled data, or other information that is not needed for the question.

Ask MPS

Ask MPS is a public AI support and pre-sales assistant. It receives the question you enter and may use approved public MPS knowledge to prepare an answer. It cannot access customer accounts, private product workspaces, installed tools, billing tools, or machine controls.

An anonymous Ask MPS conversation is retained for up to 60 minutes so the assistant can keep conversational context. Nothing is emailed or converted into a support case unless you choose the handoff, review or edit the contact form, provide an email address, and press Send.

Necessary storage and service providers

The site may use short-lived, secure browser or HTTP storage for session continuity, authentication, abuse prevention, theme preference, and other necessary operation. Customer portal sessions use separate authenticated controls.

MPS uses service providers to host the site, store operational records, deliver email, and generate AI-assisted responses. They process information only as needed to provide those services under their applicable terms.

Analytics

Public marketing pages use privacy-conscious measurement to understand page visits and a limited set of actions such as opening a product destination or completing a contact submission.

MPS does not intentionally place contact-form text, email addresses, Ask MPS question or response text, customer identifiers, payment information, license data, or machine information in analytics events.

Retention, choices, and contact

Contact and support records are kept as reasonably needed to respond, maintain service and security records, and meet applicable obligations. Retention may differ when a customer relationship, transaction, dispute, or legal requirement applies.

To ask about information you submitted or request correction or deletion where applicable, use the public contact form and select General question.

Questions about these policies can be sent through the public contact form.
